Shipping & Refund Policy

Please note that not all items will be shipped or delivered together. We do this to be able to bring you the best materials that we can manufacture with. We also try to deliver your products as quickly as possible, which may force us to ship from multiple inventory management locations. All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.  

We try to have your order processed and shipped by the next business day. We don’t like waiting for our presents, we figured you would be the same. 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange any 88Ronin Apparel product for a different size or colour within Canada simply e-mail [email protected] with information that includes your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reasons for the exchange, and what size or colour you would like us to send back. We will e-mail you a confirmation with our return shipping address. 

88Ronin Apparel Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. 

Limited exceptions apply:

  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date.
  • Items must have been unworn and unwashed or (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear, etc.) if the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you.
  • Items must be completely free of any pet/human hair.
  • Items must be free of any fragrance.
  • Items purchased during sales events and flash sale discount codes are FINAL SALE. We will be more than happy to exchange an item for sizing issues, but returns will not be accepted. (Does not include affiliate codes)
 

Please be sure to double-check that the items being exchanged meet these requirements prior to requesting an exchange. If we are unable to qualify the item, it will be up to you to provide additional shipping to return the item or it will be discarded.

RETURNS

88Ronin Apparel Co. is committed to ensuring that each customer is completely satisfied with his or her purchase. We are so confident in our products that orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. 

To expedite the returns process please send an e-mail to [email protected] that includes the Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reasons for return. We will e-mail you a confirmation with our free return label and shipping address.

When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 7 business days after receiving the item).

DEFECTIVE / FLAWED  PRODUCTS

88Ronin Apparel Co. stands behind all of our products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, you may return it for a full refund.

If you reside within Canada, simply e-mail [email protected] with information that includes your Name, Order Number, Item(s), and a brief note explaining the requested action.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer international shipping via DHL Express Worldwide. 

CANADA POST INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS BE ADVISED: On occasions, deliveries have taken up to 4+ weeks and there is no tracking if elect Canada Post. You might save a few dollars but you might have to wait. Your 1st Class mail shipment won’t be considered late or missing until after 8 weeks from confirmed shipment date.

IMPORTANT: 88Ronin Apparel Co. is not responsible for customs or duty charges incurred on international orders. Unfortunately, these costs are out of our control. Please check with your applicable country’s rates. Please note, any delay at customs may change your order’s transit times. 

  • You will be responsible for paying any and all additional charges for customs clearance.

When customers select the shipping courier they want, 88RONIN is no longer responsible for the shipment once the courier takes possession.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from 88RONIN, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package returning to 88RONIN. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Free Returns Extra

Any FREE item from Black Friday deals will be deducted (cost of the free item) from the amount of merchandise returned, if dropping below deal marker (i.e. $75, $125, $150 & $200). 20% OFF Code will then be deemed invalid if return drops purchase amount below $200.

All “Flash Sale” items are final sale. If any “Flash Sale” item is sent back to the return address, the customer is responsible for the return postage back to their original shipping address.
